A Bread Affair breads are made only with certified organic flours and the highest quality organic or natural ingredients available. All A Bread Affair breads are free of preservatives, additives and stabilisers. All A Bread Affair breads are free of artificial colours or flavours

All A Bread Affair breads are dairy free except our roasted Garlic and Cheese (the cheese is dairy)

All A Bread Affair breads are egg free except our “Challah” or Egg bread.

All A Bread Affair breads have no added oil except our Sprouted Wheat which has a trace amount of canola oil. All A Bread Affair breads are trans fat free.

All A Bread Affair breads have no refined sugars. We do use honey or grape juice as a sweetener is some of our loaves. Please check the ingredient list of the bread you are selecting to find the details for yourself.

No peanuts have ever been inside our bakery. We do use tree nuts in some breads (Walnut Rye, Apricot and Walnut). There may be a risk of cross contamination.

We do use wheat flour in the bakery and there is a risk of cross contamination with our spelt, rye or kamut breads.

All A Bread Affair bread is entirely free of any animal products except or Roasted garlic and Cheese and our Challah or Egg Bread.
